Former Headmistres Message

VASUNDHARA SEN

In 1998, I joined Vishwamanava Vidyanikethana Institution as a Headmistress. At that time there were only 3 classes: LKG, UKG and 1st standard. The Institution was at an infant stage and the total strength of the students from all the 3 classes was only 48, with 3 classrooms and one small office in a building which was at an unfinished stage. The total number of employees in the school was 4. My role was as a Headmistress, Teacher and sometime also as a peon. Apart from me, there were only 2 teachers and 1 attender at that stage.

As the years rolled on, I was happy to see the institution grow academically and also with its co-curricular and sports activities. From time to time the management constructed new buildings and provided  the required infrastructure to the institution, like a playground, computer lab, staff room, and other basic facilities. The management was very co-operative and there was no interference from them in the academic administration of the school, for which I am very thankful. I am proud to say that Institution produced talented students who are fluorishing in different fields including the Indian Defence Service, doctors, officers etc. 

I left the Institution in 2014 and all the teachers and non-teaching staff were very cooperative and encouraged me to develop this institution. I am very happy to say that the school which was in an infant stage has become a youth. Even today I feel that it is my Institution, brought up by me. 

I worked whole heartedly and sincerely from day one to the last day, as Head Mistress in Vishwamanava Vidyanikethana. I am happy to say that I served in one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Mysuru city.

Once again, I am very thankful to the management of Vishwamanava Vidyanikethana, and am grateful to them for given me an opportunity to serve in their esteemed institution.
